Step 1: Objective planning (week 1)

The organization’s aims and objectives will be discussed in order to ensure that Network Centrality will align to your needs.

Step 2: Surveys (week 2-3)

The Network Centrality survey(s) aligned to the objective will be distributed directly to the people of interest.

Step 3: Data processing (week 4)

Statistical and graphical techniques are used to collate the completed data within the surveys. You can sit back and relax.

Step 4: Analysis (week 5)

The data is analyzed to calculate Social Capital and CORAL metrics for the reporting output.

Step 5: Recommendations (week 6)

The results from the reports will be used to develop strategies and solutions for the development of teams and collaboration within the organization.
