About Us

Every organization has its formal structures. But traditional organizational charts do not represent the true interactions between individuals and teams. These workplace relationships create informal networks that guide the flow of information and drive performance. They define how the work actually gets done.

Conventional assessments, such as employee attitudinal surveys, fall short in identifying these structures. They tend to focus on the individual, without identifying the communication and workflows between employees and teams. However, recent advancements in organizational psychology, computer technology and analytics have given us the tools to assess and present the data in a way that helps companies truly understand the efficiency of their workforce.

Network Centrality was born from the passion and experience of the directors of the global talent management experts, Mentis, and driven by a desire to help our clients improve collaboration to the mutual benefit of the stakeholders and employees, and the people they serve.

Using our combined expertise in organizational psychology, data analytics, customer support and developing client solutions, we began work in 2015 to develop a new assessment platform for the organization of tomorrow.

We work with some of the most recognizable brand names and FTSE 100 companies worldwide. In the last 12 months in particular, Network Centrality has grown in popularity as forward-thinking organizations seek to transform the way their teams perform.

With an early background in Organic Chemistry, Andrew is no stranger to investigating the chemical compositions and structures of compounds, invisible without the extensive expert technology available to support, he was astonished to see how far behind the field of people analytics was in its attempts to make the invisible patterns of information flow and collaboration within people network visible.
